Job summary

You will review content, improve organization, metadata, and searchability, collaborate with stakeholders, and help ensure accurate, up-to-date information to support AI initiatives and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Copilot, or other knowledge platforms.
• Coursework or experience in data governance, information management, or AI.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit content within Confluence, SharePoint, and other repositories.
• Identify outdated or conflicting information and recommend remediation.
• Archive, remove, or update content with owners and SMEs.
• Develop and enforce content organization standards and metadata practices.
• Improve document metadata, tagging, and navigational structures for searchability.
• Collaborate with business teams to validate accuracy and relevance of documentation.
• Support knowledge governance initiatives and content lifecycle reviews.
• Analyze how knowledge content is used by AI tools and identify improvements.
