LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Co-Op in Westborough, MA. You will validate software products, build tests, and work with engineers and data teams to ensure quality across data-driven platforms.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or graduated with a Ph.D. or MS or BS in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent degree program.
• Basic understanding of software development process.
• Good experience with Python-based software development.
• Onsite at Westborough office; may transition to hybrid mode case-by-case.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the DSDA team and validate software products and tools.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests, including frontend testing with Selenium/Playwright.
• Apply debugging skills to identify and reproduce issues across environments.
• Experience with AWS S3, EC2, IAM roles.
• Collaborate on GitHub repos with branching and PRs; resolve merge conflicts.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Participate in QA reviews and Agile ceremonies.
