Qualifications

Our client is a prominent financial services organization seeking an experienced professional for a senior level Data Quality and Assurance Lead position. This role focuses on driving the efficiency of data management programs through the implementation of advanced technical tools and governance techniques.

The successful candidate will work closely with business owners and technical departments to oversee critical information functions. Key areas of responsibility include metadata management, data quality measurement, retention policies, and data security. You will be tasked with documenting data sources, managing data lineage within enterprise repositories, and monitoring service level agreements to ensure timely remediation of data issues.

This is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in the office. Candidates can be based in San Antonio, Texas, Plano, Texas, Phoenix, Arizona, Colorado Springs, Colorado, or Charlotte, North Carolina

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate with leadership to integrate information management practices into business and technology workflows.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor degree in a business or science field or equivalent years of professional experience.

Minimum of eight years of experience in information management, business applications, or data delivery. Candidates with an advanced degree require six years of relevant experience.

Proof of implementing data management strategies in complex environments.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and SQL based languages.

Extensive experience leading project teams and applying data management tools throughout the data lifecycle.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details to executive leadership.

Experience coaching or mentoring others in data management practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within the financial services, banking, or insurance industries.

Background or experience related to the military community.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between 164,780 and 314,960 dollars per year, depending on location and experience.

The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, a pension, parental leave, and generous paid time off.
