Welocalize is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join onsite teams across multiple U.S. locations. You will bridge DLAs and Team Leads, audit outputs, and guide day-to-day execution with clear guidelines in fast-moving AI workflows.

The role emphasizes training, monitoring workflows, and providing actionable feedback to improve accuracy, with a 1-year contract, 40 hours per week, and a pay rate of $38 per hour.

Qualifications

• Native-level language proficiency and a university degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, QA, or related fields.
• Experience auditing or reviewing others' work.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy-driven content evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support quality and execution across DLA teams, ensuring standards at scale.
• Audit outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve accuracy.
• Act as first line of support for DLAs, answering questions and guiding guidelines.
• Help DLAs navigate ambiguity and apply evolving instructions.
• Onboard and train new DLAs through hands-on coaching.
• Monitor workflows, queues, and blockers and escalate risks to Team Leads.
• Identify patterns and edge cases in human and model outputs.
• Participate in calibrations, team discussions, and stakeholder syncs.
• Contribute to improving guidelines, processes, and team performance.
• Document findings and feedback clearly and concisely.
