The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management, vehicle fabrication, component manufacturing, powertrain logistics, insurance, and retail automotive sales.

Position Description:

• Assist in developing and executing data quality and validation rules to ensure dataset accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct data profiling to analyze data quality and completeness, and collaborate with senior team members on remediation strategies.
• Maintain and update data catalog systems for data discovery and metadata management.
• Support data governance initiatives by working with business and IT teams.
• Familiarize with Datatrust and Microsoft Purview to aid in cataloging and validation efforts.
• Develop basic understanding of relational data models for data mapping and validation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn data governance best practices.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
