Watts is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join our team in North Andover, MA with a hybrid/remote option. You will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and governance across our data assets, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Engineering and Product Management.

The Data Quality Analyst is accountable to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of our data assets. They play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards by identifying issues, implementing data validation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and integrity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, Engineering and Product Management
This position reports to Master Data Manager, Fluid solutions. This role may be remote or hybrid, based in North Andover, MA.
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).

The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
