Watts is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to ensure accuracy and integrity of data assets. You will profile, validate, and cleanse data, identify discrepancies, and implement quality metrics in collaboration with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management. The role emphasizes governance, automation, and cross-functional partnership.

The position allows remote or hybrid work based in North Andover, MA, with office days and flexible schedules to support data integrity initiatives.

They play a key role in maintaining high data quality standards by identifying issues, implementing data validation processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and integrity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Operations, Engineering and Product ManagementThis position reports to Master Data Manager, Fluid solutions.
