Data Quality Analyst | (Indianapolis: Remote Local Only)

A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is seeking a Data Quality Analyst based in Indianapolis, IN. This is a remote position with a 4-month contract, possible extension.

Pay: $34.68 - $40.75/hr on W2.

Job Duties

1. Serve as project lead/subject matter expert for data sources related to Maternal Child Health, My Healthy Baby, and other assigned sources.
2. Review and provide feedback on work products of other analysts as requested.
3. Transfer raw data to appropriate locations for data analysis projects.
4. Wrangle, clean, and validate agency data sources with minimal guidance.
5. Conduct general analysis of agency datasets; serve as project lead when assigned.
6. Contribute to complex analysis of agency datasets as requested.
7. Lead data quality improvement efforts as assigned.
8. Perform data quality checks to ensure validity and cleanliness of datasets before analysis and reporting.
9. Oversee and review projects completed by associate analysts, as requested by senior analysts.
10. Interpret data from multiple sources using techniques ranging from simple aggregation to complex statistical methods.
11. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop innovative data usage and reporting methods.
12. Provide technical assistance for report creation and grant deliverables.
13. Develop compelling data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
14. Present key findings and summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
15. Adhere to HIPAA, PII, PHI, and other statutes to protect data confidentiality and privacy.
