Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Analyze post-market surveillance and complaint data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop predictive and backward-looking statistical models to forecast quality performance and support new product development.
  • Drive cost-of-non-quality calculations and reporting on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support ISO quality reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Create data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and improve data models and analytical processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, IT, and Product Development teams.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI agents and advanced analytics into quality processes.

Job description

Philips is seeking a dedicated Product Quality Data Analyst to fill a critical gap in their quality organization.

In this role you will focus heavily on statistical analysis, post-market surveillance data, complaint trends, forecasting, and driving cost-of-non-quality metrics that feed into ISO quality reviews and audits. The position will support new product development initiatives and help the organization leverage advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze post-market surveillance and complaint data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop predictive and backward-looking statistical models to forecast quality performance and support new product development.
  • Drive cost-of-non-quality calculations and reporting on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support ISO quality reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Create data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and improve data models and analytical processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, IT, and Product Development teams.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI agents and advanced analytics into quality processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Strong statistical analysis experience.

  • Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Experience
  • Medical device, healthcare, or highly regulated industry experience.
  • Python scripting/programming skills.
  • Experience with complaint handling, post-market surveillance, and quality metrics.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO quality standards.
  • Machine learning and AI/agent-based analytics experience.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization, business intelligence, and data harmonization.
