Starkey Hearing, a world leader in hearing technologies, seeks a Data Protection & Governance Analyst to own DLP and information-protection controls in Microsoft Purview and to administer security settings across major SaaS platforms. You will lead training and organizational change worldwide.

Responsibilities include building SITs, labeling policies, and driving employee enablement with AI-enabled tools, while partnering with SOC/MDR and Security Engineering to safeguard critical data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security or IT.
• 3+ years Purview/DLP experience.
• Experience in regulated/sensitive-data environments (PHI/PII/IP).

Responsibilities

• Own DLP and information-protection controls in Microsoft Purview.
• Administer security, compliance, and data-governance settings for large enterprise SaaS.
• Lead employee training and change management for new controls.
