Job summary

Starkey is seeking a Data Protection & Governance Analyst to own DLP and information-protection controls in Microsoft Purview, while guiding enterprise SaaS security configurations across Microsoft 365. You will develop training programs, drive adoption, and lead AI-enabled employee enablement initiatives to scale policies organization-wide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security or IT

Responsibilities

• Own DLP policy design, config, tuning, and validation across email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and endpoints.
• Administer security, compliance, and data-governance settings for large enterprise SaaS solutions with M365/Purview as primary platform.
• Develop and deliver end-user training on labels, DLP behavior, and secure data handling; lead change management for new/updated controls.
• Design, build, and maintain an internal AI assistant for security program questions and policy reference.
• Produce recurring IT/security communications to raise awareness and guide users on productivity tool usage.
