Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Storage Architect to size, design, and implement robust data protection and disaster recovery for diverse customers. You will architect scale-out storage and backup solutions across Linux/Windows, VMware, and cloud platforms, while driving product improvements and customer outcomes.

You will be a technical lead, interfacing with clients, managing escalations, and guiding teams on best practices in data protection, infrastructure automation, and security

Qualifications

• 8+ years in similar roles.
• Deep expertise in backup, recovery, and scale-out storage.
• Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with VMware vSphere.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure / OCI).
• Experience with scale-out storage (Qumulo / Isilon / NetApp).
• Experience with data protection / backup & recovery software (Cohesity, Rubrik, Commvault, Veeam, Keepit, Zerto).
• Experience as a System Architect / Administrator; Storage Architect / Administrator; Backup Architect / Administrator.
