About the Role

As a Data Risk Manager within our Data Protection (Confidentiality, Data Privacy) team, you will help develop, implement, and monitor data protection activities. Your responsibilities include managing confidential information, addressing data incidents, coordinating responses across functions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of data incidents and collaborate with internal teams to understand root causes and develop remediation plans.
• Maintain the firm’s confidential information inventory and oversee data subject rights requests.
• Work with Information Security to design controls protecting data.
• Develop strategies to align data risk management with industry standards and regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to enhance data protection policies and training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, project management, and investigative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data protection laws and technologies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 4-6+ years of related experience.
