Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Data Project Manager to support a federal client. The role uses PowerPlatform, CAD, and other space-design tools to assist Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Move Managers.

Candidates should have extensive experience with data integration, analytics, and space management. Telework arrangements may vary based on client requirements; background checks and clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision support.
• Experience with data integration, metrics development, and reporting.
• Experience supporting space management or facilities planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine PowerPlatform-based tools to collect, process, and measure data from multiple sources.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making on space utilization and occupancy.
• Create dashboards, trackers, and reports to support space planning and move management.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure reports reflect current conditions.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Move Managers.
