Job summary

Rise is seeking a Data Project Manager to serve as the connective hub across agency disciplines within the Centralized PMO. You will drive projects from inception to final execution, focusing on audience targeting, measurement methods, and cross‑campaign coordination across geographies.

This role demands strong organization, proactive problem solving, and collaboration in a fast-paced client‑services environment.

Qualifications

• 2‑5 years of project management experience in a fast‑paced, client‑service environment.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Ability to manage technical, data, or reporting deliverables and translate needs across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of mail files to manufacturing or back to the client, if Quad is not the printer.
• Manage a multitude of medium‑to‑large‑scale projects across disciplines from kickoff through final execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define objectives, timelines, and milestones.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, and proactively manage changes, risks, and resources.
• Leverage Workfront to maintain transparency and visibility into progress.
