Job summary

Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.) is seeking a capable Data Handler/Program Management professional to assist in managing numerous Research Development Test & Evaluation projects for the Electronic Warfare Group (EWG) at Nellis AFB. You will handle data transfers, support planning, provisioning, analysis, and reporting across multiple PM phases.

The role requires familiarity with acquisition project management, organizational workflows, and securing sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project/business management processes and scheduling methods; ability to organize and coordinate workloads to meet milestones and budgets.
• Ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects; analyze data and develop solutions for non-routine issues; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Work is performed independently and requires proficiency with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Data Handler responsible for managing all software transfer requests into and out of the 445 Test Squadron classified areas.
• Accept requests from Operators, Developers, Technicians, Admins and other requestors.
• Maintain accountability for Transfer-Media (Data Locker, CD/DVD, SSD, etc.).
• Collaborate with requestors, Sys Admins, cyber security and media custodians to complete the Assured File Transfer Checklist.
• Understand AFT process for various file types used at digital test ranges (text, digital, executables, MS Office, PDFs).
• Manage Data Transfer/Data Delivery for customer deliverables of test and training events.
• Coordinate with 445 Test Squadron engineering to draft data-downgrade procedures for test data.
• Track effort to obtain security approvals through govt security and cyber security for downgrade processes.
• Ensure secure and timely delivery of test data meeting customer requirements.
• Become downgrade expert for test data types; assist in secure handling procedures.
• Assist in wrap/pack room setup and data packaging for courier/mail.
