Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks a proactive Supervisor to lead a high-impact team focused on data architecture and analysis at SUBASE Groton, CT. You will oversee day-to-day program support, coordinate workload, and train new hires for reliable, actionable insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting, 5+ years in project coordination, 8+ years with Excel, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Power BI and Oracle BI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is required.
• 5+ years leading work, coordinating priorities, and guiding others.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide team members.
• Assign and prioritize daily tasking and ensure timely execution.
• Provide oversight and quality review of work products.
• Oversee the departmental data infrastructure.
• Interface with NAVSEA and DoD customers and support recurring meetings.
• Provide regular status updates and elevate issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data collection.
