Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a high-impact team focused on the architecture and analysis of core business data at SUBASE Groton, CT. You will oversee day-to-day program support, coordinate workload, train new hires, and ensure quality and timely execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting, plus 5+ years in complex project planning and experience with Oracle BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 5+ years leading work, coordinating priorities, and guiding others.
• 8+ years with Microsoft Excel and 3+ years with Oracle BI is desired.
• Experience with DoD/NAVSEA-related reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide team members.
• Prioritize daily tasking and ensure timely execution.
• Provide oversight and quality review of work products.
• Oversee the departmental data infrastructure and reporting.
• Interface with NAVSEA and DoD customers and support recurring meetings.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data collection.
