Job summary

Urban Dove Team Charter School seeks a Data and Programming Associate to provide stakeholders with key data insights and to create an academic/testing schedule for over-age, under-credited students. You will support attendance initiatives, recruitment, events, and student mentoring in a team-based school environment.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, graduation tracking, and generating reports to drive informed decisions across UD Team’s programs and assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming environment for students, families, staff, and visitors.
• Actively participate in the Attendance Task Force.
• Aid in student recruitment, enrollment, and school events.
• Mentor a select group of students and engage in staff activities.
• Schedule students on platforms like Jupiter, iXL, Achieve 3000, and Rosetta Stone.
• Oversee test administrations and logistics from midterms to Regents exams.
• Generate reports on credit accumulation, attendance, and test outcomes.
• Share relevant data with teams to inform decisions.
