Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a senior data architect to drive multi‑domain data programs, design data-driven solutions on Snowflake, and lead architecture across global teams.

Ideal candidates have Asset Management experience and strong skills in ETL, data warehousing, and governance, with a focus on security and compliant data handling. This role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and collaboration in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead multiple data program executions.
Expertise in designing data-driven solutions on Snowflake.
Investment/Asset Management experience recommended.
Design databases, data models, ETL processes and data warehouse apps.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with stakeholders and leadership to drive business outcomes.
Lead design, review and negotiations to support strategic tech goals.
Provide architecture direction for engineers and drive tech transformation.
Collaborate with global teams on deliveries and roadmaps.
Contribute to Agile planning, documentation, and launches.
