Job summary

V Group Inc is seeking a Data Architect to design, implement, and maintain the organization’s data architecture with a focus on data integrity, scalability, and accessibility. The role leverages cloud data platforms such as Snowflake to support analytics and scalable data solutions.

The ideal candidate will design enterprise data models, govern data quality and security, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data architecture, data modelling, and database design.
• Proven track record with SQL Server/Oracle or similar RDBMS (5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) (5+ years).
• Experience with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration frameworks (5+ years).
• Expertise with Snowflake and cloud data warehouses (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise data models, schemas, and standards.
• Define data flows and integration patterns across systems, including Snowflake.
• Oversee logical and physical database design for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with DBAs on optimization, capacity planning, and Snowflake tuning.
• Establish data quality, security, and compliance standards; maintain data dictionary.
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT processes for data warehousing and analytics.
