Job summary

As a Data Product Specialist you will partner with business, data domain owners/stewards, and technology teams to define and deliver data products, analytics, and reporting that improve decision‑making, strengthen data domain maturity, and measurably advance business outcomes.

I can lead end-to-end data product lifecycle practices (intake, discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, measurement, and retirement). I can build strong partnerships with business units to understand decision needs and translate them into clear data and insight requirements. Charlotte Base Salary Range: $153,842-$246,147Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
