Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Data Product Owner in the USRM Data Office. You will lead end-to-end product ownership for Distribution and Marketing data products on the Snowflake platform, translating business needs into engineering work and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in data product ownership, analytics, or data engineering roles.
Experience with data warehousing, ELT/ETL, and software design principles.
Ability to influence stakeholders in large matrixed orgs and present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Distribution & Marketing data products with KPIs.
Translate business needs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Lead engineering squads through discovery, backlog grooming, and delivery.
Partner with data governance, security, and analytics teams for AI-ready data products.
Embed governance and compliance controls into product design and delivery.
Monitor KPIs and improve delivery cadence through continuous improvement.
