Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of experience in data, analytics, product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for data products.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into user stories and backlog items.
• Lead intake, prioritization, and roadmap discussions balancing value and capacity.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, governance teams to deliver data products.
• Champion data-as-a-product principles including governance, metadata, lineage, and lifecycle management.
• Drive adoption and measure business outcomes through feedback and performance metrics.
• Support evolution of gold data products to improve consistency and reuse across teams.
• Identify opportunities to modernize data assets and support cloud migration.
