Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/data science/software engineering/info systems/BA or related field.
• Ten years as product owner/PM/data scientist/BI/data engineering or data analytics.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance and AEDC access.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract at Arnold Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data strategy and KPIs aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead data product backlog, roadmap, and governance across data teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, self-service data capabilities.
• Translate business goals into actionable technical requirements for the data team.
• Modernize legacy data pipelines and optimize data throughput for testing.
• Manage Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) and improve team velocity.
• Communicate progress, risks, and ROI to executives and stakeholders.
