Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Business Analyst, Enterprise Data & Analytics, to help build scalable data and BI solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with partners across Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Data Science, Supply Chain, eCommerce, Finance, and Stores to define goals and deliver analytics features.

You will drive data product strategy, own dashboards and semantic layers, and guide UX requirements and user journeys across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in product management, data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency with ability to translate analytics into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise data product strategy with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop clear requirements and prioritize epics and user stories.
• Build data products such as dashboards, KPIs, semantic layers, and self‑service analytics tools.
• Partner with engineering to manage scrum, set priorities, and ensure product vision.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable requirements and clear presentations.
• Monitor KPIs, measure adoption and ROI, and drive product improvements.
