What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable reporting and visualization products
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to validate data quality and availability
- Conduct user interviews to continuously gather feedback on dashboards and reporting utility
- Support documentation and standardization of metrics, dimensions, and KPI definitions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in a Data Product, BI Analyst, or Data Reporting role, preferably in fintech or SaaS
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI is required
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write optimized queries for data exploration and dashboard back-ends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Familiar with product management practices and remote collaboration tools (ClickUp, Teams, Miro, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Looker and BigQuery
- Understanding of modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Hightouch)
- A natural collaborator who communicates well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Motivated to improve internal processes and help scale reporting infrastructure
- Detail-oriented and analytical with a passion for creating impactful, clean, and intuitive data visuals
