CMT Services, Inc. seeks a Data Product Engineer to support USDA initiatives from a remote base with periodic on-site attendance in Washington, DC.

You will build dashboards, APIs, and analytic data products, translating business requirements into scalable data solutions across the full lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in HCM data and analytics, including data migration, data governance, and Databricks Lakehouse.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive professional experience supporting HCM data and analytics solutions.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, APIs, and analytical data products for HCM data.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions, including migration, integration, and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop data solutions, dashboards, APIs, and analytics products.
• Plan and coordinate data migrations with crosswalks and mappings.
• Ensure data quality, cleansing, and standards compliance.
• Manage metadata, governance, lineage, and authoritative sources.
• Design and test APIs, integrations, ICDs, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Conduct business analysis, readiness and UAT support.
• Support Databricks Lakehouse architecture, security, and data models.
• Provide knowledge transfer through training and documentation.
