Anduril Industries is hiring a Product Engineer on the Data team to build internal products atop our unified data model. You’ll own end-to-end product development, talking to users, shaping data foundations, shipping interfaces, and measuring impact.

You’ll work on problems across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, People and Sustainment, delivering real tools rather than dashboards. You’ll need 4+ years shipping data or software products, strong data modeling, Python/SQL skills and comfort

Qualifications

• Strong track record shipping 0-to-1 products used by real users
• Excellent data modeling fundamentals with generalized entities
• Proficient in Python and SQL; quick to learn new languages
• Ability to work directly with users and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience handling sensitive data and following security protocols
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
• Frontend or internal tools experience is a plus
• Passion for solving hard problems with pragmatic product decisions
• Experience with optimization, OR or simulation is a plus
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms is a plus
• Domain knowledge in manufacturing, supply chain, finance or defense operations

Responsabilités

• Own products from 0 to 1: scope, prototype, deploy to users, iterate quickly.
• Treat operators as customers; learn domain in depth and translate needs into software.
• Build across the stack: data model, backend, UI; use frontend/ML as needed.
• Extend the ontology by updating the unified data model as products evolve.
• Ship fast with small releases and measure impact on business processes.
• Make product calls: decide what to build, what is good enough, when to cut.
• Raise the bar by showing the Analytics team what’s possible with data models as products.
