Jewish Family & Children’s Services is seeking a Data Processor in San Francisco to provide administrative support for fundraising efforts. This full-time role ensures data integrity and operational alignment within the Development and Marketing Department.

Under the supervision of the Data Operations Manager, this position provides administrative support for the Development and Marketing Department, ensuring data integrity for effective fundraising efforts. The Development Data Processor supports the achievement of program, operational, and budget goals by carrying out assigned responsibilities in alignment with the mission and objectives of Jewish Family and Children’s Services. This role operates within the established policies and procedures, and available resources of the Agency and ensures that all responsibilities are performed in compliance with agency standards and policies, applicable federal, state, and local regulations, documentation requirements, and licensing or regulatory standards where applicable.
Pay Range: $35.90 – $38.46/hr (depending on experience)

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite at our San Francisco office

Bachelor’s degree in or a related field
A minimum of two years of experience in data processing in a high-volume data entry environment and accurate keying of data is required
The person in this position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills with JFCS employees, clients, and vendors and therefore must be able to exchange accurate information in varying situations
Must have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, especially templates and merges
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other fundraising database software desirable
Familiarity with the functions and features of Zoom and/or other streaming platforms
