Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented associate to create in-house production schedules and support multiple facilities. You will prepare daily reports, ensure accurate printing and storage, and maintain hardware like computers, scanners, and printers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of systems support experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data handling.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement in-house production schedules.
• Prepare daily reports and verify printing and storage of department reports.
• Maintain hardware and software equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers.
• Maintain inventory control procedures for accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities.
