Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Business Process Consultant to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and optimize performance across business units. You will develop business cases, assess opportunities and risks, and ensure end-to-end policy and process integrity while aligning technology for future needs.

You will organize teams, drive consensus, craft project plans, and facilitate communication across the organization using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience required.
• Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting and facilitating required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement.
• Develop business cases and assess opportunities, risks, ROI.
• Align policy, process and technology for future needs.
• Organize teams, drive consensus, and manage project plans end-to-end.
• Provide communication to all levels and support IT-enabled solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
