Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree or has 1 year of SQL experience.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Access experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain LU driver's certification and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing high-level technical support for assigned unit.
• Document and analyze business processes and data flows.
• Lead small projects to improve processes using available tools.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with business analytics teams to identify data needs and gaps.
• Provide regular updates to customers on process improvements and new technologies.
