This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most significant and fast-evolving privacy disputes in the country. The practice has handled 300+ privacy-based class actions and represents employers and technology enterprises in high-stakes litigation involving cutting-edge technologies and emerging legal theories.
Associates in this practice gain meaningful, hands-on experience in privacy class actions, individual and mass arbitrations, appellate matters, and complex federal and state court litigation. The team handles matters involving biometric data, website technologies, artificial intelligence, advertising and tracking tools, consumer privacy laws, and data security incidents.
