Job summary

Ray Thomas is seeking a Data Privacy & Compliance Analyst in Tampa, FL to support privacy initiatives, risk assessments, and AI compliance. The role offers a hybrid schedule with two remote days and exposure to attorneys, clients and cross-functional teams in a top-tier national law firm.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of relevant compliance experience and strong communication, research and analytical skills. Experience with privacy data protection and iManage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the firm’s privacy and data protection initiatives.

• Assist with privacy, compliance and emerging AI assessments.
• Create procedures and documentation for compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients and cross-functional teams.

• Conducting investigations and helping develop remediation plans

The firm is open to candidates from law firms, banking, consulting and other highly regulated industries. Previous law firm experience is helpful but not required.
