Qualifications

• It experience with strong emphasis as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics, and BI solutions.
• Hands-on understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience managing Agile product backlogs and Scrum teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for data and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Own and manage the product backlog and align priorities with business objectives.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Architects, Analysts, and DevOps to deliver data solutions.
• Guide development of data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure data products meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Support data governance, metadata management, and master data initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to continuously improve product performance.
• Work within Agile/Scrum to deliver incremental value.
• Define product goals and measure outcomes using data-driven insights.
• Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
