Job summary

Referment is seeking a Product Manager for the data infrastructure behind its people analytics, bridging analytics, engineering and business teams to build secure data products for reporting, BI and new generative-AI use cases. This is a technical product role with depth across schemas, ETL, APIs and data models.

You will translate stakeholder needs into requirements, drive delivery, and support rollout and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel, SQL and Python skills with ability to collaborate with data engineers and data scientists.
• Experience with ETL processes and BI infrastructure.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and own delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design ETL transformations and data models for reliable datasets.
• Shape an API layer centralising business logic and contracts.
• Develop product direction for NLP querying, semantic search, and AI use cases.
• Partner with reporting specialists, developers and data scientists to define solutions.
• Manage backlog, sprint planning and rollout across the data platform.
