Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Data Engineering Manager in San Francisco to lead the Data & ML Platform team. This pivotal role involves owning the architecture that underpins analytics and machine learning systems, ensuring they are reliable and scalable. You will guide the maturation of the data platform and work closely with Data Science to operationalize models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on data engineering experience, building and operating production data pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience building ML platform capabilities.
• Experience in managing engineering teams and retaining technical talent.

• Understand the current data and ML platform, focusing on batch and streaming pipelines.
• Lead the evolution of the data platform towards a streaming-first architecture.
• Own and evolve the end-to-end data & ML platform strategy.
