Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead data processing and backend delivery for a high-volume email program. You will partner with engineering, PMO, operations, and security teams across onshore and offshore sites to drive scalable, secure data platforms.

The role emphasizes translating business requirements into technical plans, managing scope and risks, and delivering on-time outcomes in a fast-paced agency/corporate marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in software, web apps, or data engineering with SQL focus.
• 3+ years in Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead role managing technical delivery end-to-end.
• SQL proficiency with complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Data modeling concepts and schema design for high-volume systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS.
• Experience working with distributed teams across geographies.
• Experience with Confluence to create/maintain technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data from client delivery through generating individual campaign lists.
• Own technical scope, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management for platform initiatives.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into clear technical deliverables and work plans.
• Translate technical requirements into clear contexts for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead projects leveraging Microsoft Tech Stack with backend batch jobs and SQL DB interactions plus AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda).
• Collaborate with Infra, Ops, and Security teams to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
• Coordinate delivery with onshore development teams and ensure client deliverables.
• Act as the primary technical liaison among senior leadership, project managers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Enforce SDLC processes and PMO governance; support QA, release readiness, and deployments.
