Job summary

Anblicks seeks a Data Engineering Manager to oversee design, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure and pipelines. The ideal candidate has deep data engineering expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to data security and compliance.

You will lead a team of data engineers, design robust architectures, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet analytics and BI needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with data engineering tools and technologies (SQL Server, Databricks, Azure).
• Strong understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling (Kafka, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake).
• Experience with Azure cloud and data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
