We are seeking an experienced Snowflake DBT Technical Lead to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT, Python, and modern ELT frameworks, with experience delivering scalable data solutions and AI-driven analytics. This role requires technical leadership in data engineering, performance optimization, and cloud-based data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Snowflake data platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable ELT pipelines using DBT and Python.
• Design and optimize data models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Build and manage enterprise data pipelines and integration workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Implement AI-driven use cases, including conversational AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Optimize Snowflake architecture and query performance.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices across data engineering and DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Python.
• Experience with Cortex Code.
• Strong understanding of:
