Job summary

Venpa Staffing Services is looking for a qualified candidate to build data management platforms to support business use cases in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have experience with data modeling, big data querying tools, and a strong background in software engineering.

Responsibilities include collaborating with IT team members, designing data solutions, and ensuring effective data governance. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required. Excellent communication skills and experience with agile teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics would be a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software engineering or related field.
• Experience with data modeling, design and governance.
• Comfortable with continuous integration and deployment.
• Requires statistical analysis, predictive modeling, NPL and text analysis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting optimal solutions to build data platform to support various business use cases.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, IT Team members and business stakeholders on project goals.
• Design, build, test, deploy and maintain highly scalable data management platforms.
• Monitor performance and recommend infrastructure changes.
• Define data retention and security policies plus data governance.
