Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an experienced Associate Data Platform Engineer/Platform Lead to design, evolve, and support data platforms powering digital products and SaaS solutions.

You will collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and operations teams to ensure seamless development and operations integration. The role balances deep technical expertise with a product mindset, operating in a shared-responsibility model across Digital Products and Enterprise IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years' experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• 2+ years leading organizational implementations of DevOps platforms and pipelines.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Architect or similar role in complex software environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles,CI/CD and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network and connectivity solutions for digital products and SaaS platforms.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing infrastructure designs.
• Architect and support hybrid and cloud-native networking across cloud platforms and data centers.
• Ensure high availability, resiliency, and performance of product-facing systems.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment and optimization.
