Qualifications

• 3+ years with distributed datastores and backend services.
• Proficient in Java and modern JVM ecosystems.
• Strong data modeling, dimensional schemas, and analytics queries.
• Experience building internal developer tools and shared services.
• Ownership mindset for service quality, SLOs, and reliability.
• Familiarity with OLAP databases or analytics warehouses.
• Comfort with metrics-driven development and observability stacks.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and evolve a data analytics platform with OLAP data store.
• Develop internal tooling and libraries to streamline analytics workflows.
• Advocate for best practices in service design, data modeling, and testing.
• Collaborate autonomously across teams to deliver product objectives.
