Reflection is a research lab focused on making intelligence open and accessible, shaping how models perform through data strategy. You will partner with researchers to design sourcing pipelines, manage end-to-end initiatives with suppliers, and build a data ecosystem to sustain research velocity.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in ops/strategy or related fields, excel in fast-paced settings, and can influence senior leaders while delivering high-quality insights and results for AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations, strategy, venture capital, private equity or consulting.
• Own ambiguous problems end-to-end and translate into actionable plans.
• Comfort engaging senior leaders and driving cross-team alignment.
• Thrives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments with urgency.
• Analytical with ability to communicate insights to decision-makers.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel).
• Curiosity about LLM training and AI's impact on business.

Responsibilities

• Translate research/product roadmap into data needs and design sourcing pipelines.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end: evaluating suppliers, negotiating, and verifying deliverables.
• Develop knowledge of data ecosystem to spot gaps and opportunities.
