Job summary

Maxinsights Corporation seeks a data-driven Supply Chain BD leader to expand data collection scenarios for embodied robotics. You will build and operate a crowdsourcing model, manage a diverse network of collectors, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality multimodal data for AI model training.

You will lead frontline operations, collaborate with product and BD teams, and scale the data network across new regions while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, BD, or operations with team management experience.
• Hands-on crowdsourcing or sharing economy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and expand data collection scenarios for embodied robots across real-world environments.
• Build and operate a crowdsourcing data collection network with diverse data collectors.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the data collection workflow and ensure data quality.
