You will partner with analytics and technology teams to deploy production-ready data products while managing data risk and governance in a regulated environment. The role requires 6+ years in data, strong SQL and data testing capabilities, and experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in a data-related field.
• Experience delivering across multiple workstreams with varying timelines.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data exploration, profiling, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Hands-on data testing experience with validation frameworks and evidence.
• 5+ years in data management or data governance with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tech (Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience developing roadmaps and cloud-based data lake/warehouse solutions.
• Led data publishing initiatives improving insights while maintaining data standards and controls.
• Proven ability to align stakeholder needs and drive innovative data solutions.
• Experience applying agile practices with tech scrum teams to translate requirements into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic plans to deliver data solutions and data products.
• Provide SME expertise on content and use of data in the product area.
• Identify critical data scope and document with metadata for governance.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to deploy production-ready data solutions.
• Define requirements for new data products and ensure data quality across platforms.
• Manage risks, milestones, and data governance across the product lifecycle.
• Track KPIs and manage workstreams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Lead or matrix-manage staff on data-related tasks.
• Perform data testing and validation using SQL and tooling to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Govern data integrations into analytics platforms and design datasets for analytics/ML use cases.
• Resolve data issues and drive remediation and preventative controls.
• Leverage AI/ML and LLM tooling to automate governance activities.
