Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking an Associate Director, Data Operations in Los Angeles to orchestrate BI, data governance, and operational excellence across media channels. You will lead data strategy, oversee QA, automate processes, and guide cross‑functional and offshore teams while driving data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in data management, data engineering, data operations and/or BI.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital media data across ad servers and social platforms.
• 3–5 years’ experience in agile environments with offshore or cross‑functional teams.
• 4+ years’ governance and QA in data warehousing, ETL, and BI.
• 5+ years’ business analysis or related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of paid, owned, and earned media data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Direct data strategy, governance, standards, and business rules across client accounts.
• Lead project plans, assign tasks, and ensure standardized processes in agile settings.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Digital Investment, Planning, Analytics, Finance and offshore resources.
• Oversee data quality, problem solving, and data cleansing rules; QA practices.
• Advise on BI tooling, data warehousing, ETL, and automation initiatives.
• Mentor managers and analysts; foster growth and client management excellence.
