You will work with our tools to perform data manipulation, resolve discrepancies, and complete audits on listing data. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in data operations or QA, strong English skills, and solid organizational abilities to handle multiple deliverables within tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or related field.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and client success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed processes.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (written, spoken, reading).
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets a plus.
• Proficiency in AI utilization is a major plus.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Data Operations Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about data accuracy and client success. You will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing and auditing location data through our tools and processes and providing location management related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support to clients on location data using our proprietary tools
• Perform data manipulation tasks and resolve discrepancies according to established guidelines and best practices
• Provide customer facing services that increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Deliver audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables, meeting agreed SLAs and personal targets
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide seamless client support
