About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and curious Data Operations Specialist eager to build a career in data science or analytics. If you enjoy dashboards, understand how large language models (LLMs) are transforming data workflows, and can confidently work with data in Excel, this role is for you.

This internship offers hands-on experience working with the analytics and operations team, supporting cross-functional coordination, and translating data into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in how data drives decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Maintain and document metadata for dashboards and datasets to ensure traceability and clarity.
• Monitor dashboards regularly to track performance metrics and flag unusual trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to collect data, understand needs, and share insights in an accessible format.
• Support the analytics team with ad hoc data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Pull data and derive insights from existing systems and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Help streamline data workflows by ensuring proper data hygiene and documentation.
• Stay updated on how LLMs and AI tools are used to enhance data operations.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• A student or recent graduate interested in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in modern data tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Code Interpreter).
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
• SQL knowledge is a plus — you don’t need to be advanced, but understanding basic querying is valuable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Working hours: 6 hours/day

Internship duration: 6 months
